Home, Office & PO Boxes
Cerra Style uses a variety of Couriers as well as Australia Post to make sure that your parcel is delivered in a timely manner. Because of this we are able to deliver to a Home, Business or PO Box.
Because the majority of items are Made to Order, please allow 1-5 business days before your item is shipped. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen at the check out, you will usually receive your order within 1-2 Business Days (Express) or 1-5 Business Days (Standard). International time frames are displayed in the Cart based on your Location. Please be aware that once your item is picked up by the Shipping Agent we have no control over the delivery time frame, and during peak periods you may experience delays in receiving your package. Cerra Style accepts no responsibility for late or delayed packages.
Tracking your item
If you have chosen a Shipping method that has Tracking, we will send you an email with the tracking information you need to stay updated about your items. You may also download the "Shop" app in the cart for tracking information. Please note, Cerra Style accepts no responsibility for lost & damaged packages once they have left our store.
Shipping Methods with No Tracking
If you have chosen a shipping method with No Tracking we are unable to help you further with the delivery of your package once it has left our store. These packages are unable to be tracked by the carrier or Cerra Style & we accept no responsibility for lost & damaged packages.

We do offering International shipping via the Sendle Courier network. Rates & delivery time frames are calculated in the Cart based on your location. Our default method is Standard, but if you require Express Shipping please contact us for a quote.
As the majority of our items are Made to Order we don't accept returns. If you have an issue with your item please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns, even for Change of Mind as the majority of our items are Custom, or Made to Order.
