Are your items made from Authentic materials?
Custom or Made to Order items are created using Vintage or Pre-loved Authentic Materials from Designer Apparel, Bags and Accessories. These have been sourced from reputable consignment stores and authenticated re-sellers.
Are you associated with any of the brands you re-purpose?
Cerra Style is not associated with any of the brands that our re-purposed items are derived from.
How long do Custom or Made to Order items take?
Generally these kinds of items usually take 1-5 business days to create before they ship out, but some can take 1-3 weeks. If your item will be outside the specified period, we will contact you. 
What about items in stock?
Items in stock such as Garment Bags will ship within 1-2 Business Days.
Do I need to have an account?
You will need an account to purchase items from Cerra Style. Simply sign up here.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately, some fees and charges may apply in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel the order?
You may receive a full or partial refund depending on how far in advance you cancel your order. Please contact us or see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Is there a fee for delivery?
The delivery fee will be calculated based on your shipping address once you are in the cart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Will I get surcharged for using my credit card?
Absolutely not! Cerra Style will never surcharge you for paying via credit card.
Can you deliver to my home or office?
Yes we can! Cerra Style uses a variety of Couriers as well as Australia Post to make sure that your parcel is delivered in a timely manner. Because of this we are able to deliver to a Home, Business or PO Box.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
Because the majority of items are Made to Order, please allow 1-5 business days before your item is shipped. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen at the check out, you will usually receive your order within 1-2 Business Days (Express) or 1-5 Business Days (Standard). International shipping time frames are noted in the Cart. Please be aware that once your item is picked up by the Shipping Agent we have no control over the delivery time frame, and during peak periods you may experience delays in receiving your package. Cerra Style accepts no responsibility for items that are delayed by the carrier.
Can I track my items?
If you have chosen a shipping method that has Tracking we will send you an email with the tracking information you need to stay updated about your items. You may also download the "Shop" app in the cart for tracking information. If you have chosen a method that has No Tracking, then you will only receive a "Shipped" email from us. 
What if I choose the shipping method with No Tracking?
 If you choose this shipping method we are unable to help you with the delivery of your order once it has left our location. For more information please see our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you deliver Australia Wide?
Yes we do! Extra charges may apply for rural & remote areas, contact us for more details.
Do you delivery Internationally?
Yes we do! Your shipping rate will be calculated in the Cart based on your location. Our default method is Standard & the time frame is shown in the Cart, but if you require Express Shipping please contact us & we can provide you with a shipping quote.
